Do customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. Nothing to download and no sign-up.
How long does setup take?
Most shops are live within 24 hours. Send us your details and we handle the card design, QR codes, printed materials and staff logins.
How do my staff stamp a card?
They use the free NovaPass Scanner app, sign in with the email you invited them with, and scan the customer's card. The stamp appears on the customer's phone straight away.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. One QR code detects whether the customer is on iPhone or Android and gives them the right card automatically.
Can I change the card design?
Your logo, colours, stamp icons, reward and terms are all yours to set. We send a draft over and you change it until you're happy.
Do you provide posters and printed things?
Yes. Counter posters, table cards and stickers, all branded to your shop, so it looks right from the first day.
How much does it cost?
